I suffer from Depression,Bi-Poilar2, panic disorder,and SAD.
I have had Depression ... well about 13 years old I was told.
I have had many attemts at suiside. The real ones were last year 2003 and 2002 I died last year and was brought back. I have a new doctor and a lot of ways of new ways of thinking !
I never want to find myself in a hospital again............
I really think Thay only half know what they are doing ..Well with my last doc at least. She lost her heart along the way.
I have lost my daughter for 6 months .......................
Got her back and now it is all a game.
Somedays I have to admit it is hard to not slide to the dark side but you have to keep going . You have too.
Well I am going to Share alot with you. What got me here, my sadness, my happness. Something that scared me. I want to make everyone aware of it.
